Refund Policy

Not happy? Get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked.

• The refund covers every payment made in the first 14 days after your first payment: the US$1 trial fee and, if your plan already converted (at the end of the trial or early at your request), the first US$29.99 monthly payment.
• Request it with one click in your dashboard (“Request a full refund”), or email us.
• When you request a refund we cancel your subscription immediately and your AI apps lose access. You can still export your notes for 30 days.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
• A refunded account cannot start another trial.

Invite trials: If you joined via a personal invite, your 7-day trial was free with no payment required. The 14-day refund applies from your first charge (when you add a payment method and explicitly confirm). If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses at the end of the trial — nothing is charged, so no refund is needed.

After the 14 days you can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.

Your statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal under the law of your country, are not affected.
