Does it work with the free Claude and ChatGPT plans?
Claude's free plan allows one custom connector, which is enough. ChatGPT's custom MCP servers depend on your plan; the dashboard shows the current steps for each app.
How is this different from ChatGPT's memory?
ChatGPT's memory lives inside ChatGPT. This is one memory every AI app you connect reads and writes — say it to Claude, ask ChatGPT later. And it's plain markdown you can read, export and keep.
What happens after the trial?
After 7 days your plan becomes Pro at US$29.99/month (5,000 pages, 250 MB) unless you cancel. If you've already asked 7 questions you can choose to start Pro early from your dashboard — we only do that when you click to confirm; nothing changes automatically.
What happens when I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. After that your AI apps lose access, and you can still export your notes for 30 days before they are deleted.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of your first payment, click “Request a full refund” in your dashboard. Every payment so far is refunded and your subscription ends. No questions asked.
Who is the seller? What will I see on my statement?
Stripe is the merchant of record for your order: it processes the payment, handles taxes and sends your receipt. Payment questions can go to Stripe or to us.
Do you read my notes or run AI on them?
No. We don't run any AI on your notes and never send them to an AI provider. Your own AI app reads what you ask it to.
